Shopping with Sterling Hobby Co.

These terms explain purchases through sterlinghobby.co. Read them with our Returns and refunds policy and Privacy policy. Nothing in these terms limits Australian Consumer Law rights or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Products and prices

We sell physical resin products and digital STL files. Check the selected format, contents, size and product description before ordering. A digital product does not include a physical item.

The price, currency and any delivery or tax charges collected at checkout are shown before you pay. Price changes apply to future purchases, not completed orders. We will not charge you extra for an existing order without your agreement.

If we discover an error or cannot supply your order, we will contact you to explain it. We will agree on a solution or refund any payment for products we cannot supply. We will not substitute a product without your agreement.

Orders and changes

Provide accurate contact and delivery details. If you notice a mistake or want to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We will explain what is possible at that stage. This does not limit any cancellation or refund right you have by law.

Physical products

The product description explains what is included and any assembly or preparation needed. Follow the supplied care and safety information. If an item is faulty, damaged or does not match its description, contact us for help under our Returns and refunds policy.

Digital STL files and personal-use licence

Our digital STL files are for personal use only. You may print them for your own personal use. You must not share the files, resell them or sell printed copies. Buying a file does not transfer ownership of its copyright.

Check the file format and any stated printing requirements before buying. Delivery details will be shown with the product or order. We do not promise instant downloads unless the product listing says so. Contact us if you cannot access your purchase or a supplied file has a problem.

Fair use of the website

Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity or attempts to interfere with its security. You may use our content as allowed by law or by the relevant licence.

Privacy and consumer rights

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes your information when you visit and buy, including for enhanced services based on interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. Information is shared with Shopify and other providers, including overseas, to provide these services. Our Privacy policy explains this processing and your choices.

Our Privacy policy explains how customer information is handled. We remain responsible for meeting our obligations to you. These terms do not exclude consumer guarantees or require you to give up a legal remedy.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms in place when you ordered continue to apply to that purchase, subject to your legal rights.
